I know that there are a lot of players out there that have inconveniences when playing video games on the computer such as not having a trash can beside you to put your garbage in to buying a yamaha sound system.

Thing is I want to improve my gaming experience on my computer and hopefully found out small little things that might help. For example, do you hate it when you have headphones and a sound system that has to use the same port? Well, I bought a switch that has three ports. One for the sound system and the other two for the headset and it just lies on the top of the desk and when you want to switch over you just flip the switch. It cost me around $15 at future shop.

Next on my list to do is to invent a sofa chair with a rotary side table to put your mouse and keyboard on to play games. Perhaps having a mini fridge installed in it to grab some drinks...

I would invent a time machine and do away with ALL telecom companies in the United states so that we can have internet service on par with Japan/Korea/Other countries instead of being near the bottom of the list of "How good is your internet".

junato, your last suggestion would be my first. Probably the second biggest thing consoles have over pc's (the first being not having to worry about viruses, lack of security, random software conflicts, etc), is simply creature comfort. When I play my pc, I'm pretty much nailed down to one posture. I've tried to make that as comfortable on myself as I can, but it's nowhere near being able to play on my couch, sitting on it or laying down, from either end, or simply standing with a controller in my hand. I think I just have to leave that as it is, since it's sort of the built-in way that PC gaming is.

edit: kenzo, I think I solved your problem on my own. Samsung is now making some truly awesome HDTV / pc monitor units. I got the 25.5 inch version, for around $350. That may not sound like much for a TV, but if you put something like that exactly where your old monitor used to go, you'd be truly astounded how much bigger a 25.5" monitor is than a 22". I'm guessing about twice as much surface area.

Oh, yes.. I replaced my 19" square with 24" wide recently. Astonishing difference really not only in terms of gaming, but also movies and more space for various apps.
